Super Fly is not super cool, contrary to the popular teenage lingo that the Turtles are currently learning in the big city. Instead, the highly intelligent humanoid fly is a super criminal, biding his time as he collects evil allies to take down the Turtles. When he launches his master plan, it's up to the Turtles to put a stop to him and all the mutant mayhem!
