Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase for items being returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept final sale items or seasonal merchandise (past the relative holiday) as a return or exchange.
Returns can be made at Marco's Emporium in Pompton Plains, NJ or they can shipped back to us. If you are returning the product here at the store, please bring the packing slip.
To return product via mail to our shipping location, please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip with the return.
Please note that shipping charges are only refunded in the event of an incorrect product being shipped or if the item received is defective. All other return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
In the event that your order is unable to be delivered with the information you provide, we will issue a refund for the product, but not for the original shipping cost. If you would like the order sent again to a corrected address, we will charge you for the shipping on the reshipment.
