THOUGHTFUL ANGEL PIN NURSES

Our stunning Nurses Angel pin is layered in a 14Kt gold finish with a moonstone body and a Genuine Austrian Crystal head stone. The wings are accented with hand painted glitter epoxy and the nurses hat on the angel is made with hand painted epoxy.
